Soak OASIS® Biodegradable Floral Foam in water before inserting flowers

Use the float-soak method to hydrate biodegradable floral foam with water, lay the biodegradable floral foam atop a basin of water and allow foam to fully saturate,

approximately 2 minutes. Do NOT push foam under water.
